When you purchase a ZipGrade subscription, the subscription is applied to the currently logged in ZipGrade account. Depending on how you made the purchase, we'll need some additional information to find the transaction and ensure it is properly applied to your account.
If you purchased using Google Play (includes GCash):
From the Emailed Receipt:
After making a purchase on Google Play, a confirmation email containing your order information is sent to the Google account you used for the purchase. Please let us know the Google Order or Transaction number.
Look for an order number that begins with "GPA" followed by a series of numbers, for example: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345.
From Google Store order history
- Go to the Google Store and select the account icon to find your orders.
- Select Orders and sign in with the Google Account you used for the purchase.
- The order number is located at the top left of the order history page.
From Google Payments
- Go to the Google payments center: https://payments.google.com.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
- Click Activity or View purchases to find your order history.
- Click on the specific order to see its details, including the transaction ID.
From Google Play order history
- Go to the Google Play order history.
- Sign in to the Google Account associated with the purchase.
- Your order history will be displayed there. You can also check your Google Play confirmation email for an order number starting with "GPA".

If you purchased with a credit card at ZipGrade.com
After purchasing with a credit card, an email is sent to the ZipGrade user and the account is enabled. For issues, please email us at help@ZipGrade.com with the details, including your ZipGrade username.
